General Admission area includes ample space to enjoy the show, food and merch vendors, restrooms, line dancing, art installations and more.

Ticket Sauce is the only official ticketing partner for Activated Events/Boots In The Park and are the only tickets that will scan at the front gate. Any unauthorized third-party sites (StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc…) will not scan at the front gate. Please be sure to have the original ticket purchased from Boots In The Park/Ticket Sauce. In the case of third-party purchases, you must contact the respective vendor (StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc.) for any questions or to resolve any issues.

Yes! There will be one centrally located locker location within the general admission space. This location will be labeled on the event map when released. Each locker includes one 3-in-1 charging cable to charge devices – features USB-C, Lightning (Apple), and micro USB connectors, so you do not need to bring your own cables to charge devices. We recommend storing jackets, shoes, backpacks, or a change of clothes for cooler nighttime temperatures. You’ll appreciate not having to carry these items around during the day!

This event is all ages. Children under 5 years of age receive free general admission access with the purchase of a parent or guardian ticket, regardless of the parent/guardian ticket type purchased.

There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Event terms are rain or shine. Lineup and set times subject to change without notice, do not constitute a refund.
Return Policy:
If your event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Venue and talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund.
